The Osprey Knife and Tool K2 Raptor is an evolution of the original Raptor bird and trout design. OKT fans who loved the field utility and overall usefulness of the original Raptor requested a tweak to the design for more dedicated kitchen uses. Listening to customer input, Chris took the Raptor and optimized the knife for kitchen duty. By removing the guard, adding more blade sweep, altering the pommel and increasing the handle to blade angle ratio; the K2 Raptor was born - the K for kitchen and 2 for the 2nd variation of the Raptor pattern. The result is an excellent kitchen utility knife with good knuckle to surface clearance for comfortable cutting on a cutting board. If you thought the original Raptor was a great looking knife, the K2 Raptor will blow your mind.

The stainless 3/32" CPM-154 steel on this Osprey Knife and Tool K2 Raptor is perfect for the kitchen and beyond. A nicely tapered tang and expertly crafted handle with presentation grade Bastogne Walnut on natural micarta liners feels great in the hand in all kinds of holds. The single 1/4" antique micarta pin and lanyard tube ties everything together for a well made and incredibly beautiful piece of functional art. Chris' signature hammered textured flats and expert eye for premium material as seen in the highly figured and curled Bastogne Walnut, make this K2 Raptor truly a one-of-a-kind kind of knife.
